New Year’s Resolutions

I typically do not take part in this yearly ritual because if you want to change something about your life you can start any day of the year! However, I have strong hopes for 2010 and I’d like to track my progress over the year. Here is my tentative list of goals for the next 365+ days…

1_Eat more of these foods.
2_Practice Yoga twice a week. I’m going try out one of these studios tomorrow Yogaview or Alternative Health Group , both in the Wicker Park area of Chicago.
3_Read (and review) at least one book a month.
4_Collect more indoor plants. If you live in Chicago you must check out Sprout Home . They have a unique collection of plants for reasonable prices.
5_Check out more local bands. Chicago Reader has been extremely helpful in finding events and reviews.
